Help create opportunities for young people

SPARK is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the well-being and development of children and young people.

Our programmes combine movement, creativity and community to help young people build confidence, develop resilience and form meaningful connections with others.

We believe that every young person should have access to environments where they feel safe, supported and inspired to grow.

Our vision

A world where potential has no ceiling

„We envision a world where every young person has access to opportunities that nurture their wellbeing, creativity and potential.“

Through collaboration with communities, institutions and partners, SPARK works to create programmes that empower young people and inspire lasting positive change.

  • Wellbeing as foundation
  • Creativity as fuel
  • Potential without ceiling
  • Systems that include all

Our approach

Three principles behind every programme

SPARK programmes are designed around three simple principles. By combining these elements, SPARK supports the whole development of a young person.

Principle 01

Physical activity

Young people thrive when they are physically active. Movement supports both physical and emotional well-being.

Builds resilience, joy and health

Principle 02

Creative expression

Creative expression helps young people explore their identity and develop confidence.

Voice, agency and self-discovery

Principle 03

Strong communities

Strong communities help young people feel connected and supported.

Belonging and collective care

Collaboration

We build programmes with partners, not alone

SPARK works with schools, municipalities, hospitals and community organizations to develop programmes that support young people.

These partnerships help ensure that our initiatives are accessible, relevant and sustainable. Shared knowledge, local roots and long-term commitment are what make collective impact possible.
